INDEPENDENT REVIEWS OF ONLINE PHARMACY AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
Sunday, March 1, 2009

As you may have noted, there are thousands or even hundreds of thousands of websites selling pharmaceutical products or drugs. These are called ONLINE PHARMACIES or PHARMACIES ONLINE.

Can they be trusted? Are they safe?

Yes, in many cases but only if you are careful and exercise your due diligence: this is all the more necessary since the consequences of cheating with pharmaceutical products can be much more serious than, for example, being conned into buying a useless fiction ebook or piece of sofware. (more…)

The most frequently used drugs are tricyclic antidepressants, which received their name from the organization of their chemical structures, in particular the systems consisting of two benzene rings joined to a central 7-membered ring with a dialkylaminoalkyl group connected to the central ring. Depending on the substituents on the terminal nitrogen atom in the amine-containing side chain, they in turn are subdivided into tertiary (imipramine, amitriptyline, trimipramine, doxepin) and secondary (desipramine, nortriptyline, protriptyline) amines. These classifications are very formal and are not based on the most essential structural variations of the examined drugs; however, they are accepted in pharmacology. (more…)

Viagra (sildenafil) doesn’t work as a treatment for women, most studies show. But new research suggests that among women who suffer sexual side effects as a result of antidepressants, the little blue pill may help.

Sexual side effects due to antidepressant treatment are common, affecting from 30 percent to 70 percent of men and women who use the drugs. In the first month of treatment, about two out of three patients will stop using antidepressants, often citing sexual side effects as a reason. (more…)

Isotretinoin (Accutane) is available as capsules in the following strengths: 5, 10, 20, 30, and 40 milligrams. The recommended dose depends on your body weight. Usually you take a pill with food twice a day for a total of 15 to 20 weeks. (In Europe, patients are often given lower dosages for longer periods of time.) Initially, your doctor may decide to start you off on a low dose so that you can get used to any side effects and then the dosage can be increased.

Often there is an observable improvement over the first month that continues over the course of treatment. In the vast majority of isotretinoin (Accutane) users, complexions smooth out, marks fade, and acne improves dramatically. Some lesions may still remain after you have stopped treatment, but many individuals notice that their acne continues to improve even in the weeks after treatment has stopped. (more…)

Pharmacologic treatment of insomniaInsomnia is one of the most common complaints seen in medicine. Incidence and prevalence estimates vary slightly depending on the methodology, but commonly cited figures are that approximately one-third of Americans have symptoms of acute or intermittent insomnia, and that approximately 10% have chronic insomnia. Over the past several decades, there have been great strides in understanding the pathophysiology of insomnia as well as documenting the efficacy of pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic treatments. There are now sufficient data to allow for meta-analyses to be conducted in insomnia, which help compare effect sizes across studies. This chapter provides an overview of the development of insomnia, information required to make a diagnosis of insomnia, the various recognized insomnia diagnoses, and the pharmacologic, cognitive, and behavioral treatments available. Oral contraceptives form a group of the prescribed preparations which are used wider than the rest and which are well investigated and tested.

As oral contraceptives are used mainly by healthy women – it becomes more and more important that these means should be not only very effective but extremely safe as well. Their effectiveness ( if use correctly) does not raise doubt: using combined oral contraceptive that includes two synthetic hormones – estrogen and progestagen, pregnancy ensues in less than 1% of women yearly. Similar results are achieved when using new “multiphase” combined oral contraceptives, which contain hormones in different quantities that imitate a natural scheme of hormones, produced in organism. Viagra has been on the market for awhile now, but you may be hearing more and more about something called Viagra Soft. Obviously, it’s a form of Viagra; otherwise it wouldn’t share the same name. However, this new tab has a key benefit that the regular Viagra does not, making it a much more desirable medication for erectile dysfunction. (more…)

All drugs work essentially the same way and have similar side effects. Levitra may work a little faster in some people and may be less sensitive to food or alcohol intake. Viagra has been around for a lot longer and has a proven safety track record

It is not safe to take Viagra (Sildenafil), Cilais (Tadalafil) and Levitra (Vardenafil) together. You should only take one or the other. They are similar drugs, so it makes sense to try all three, on different days, and see which works best for you

If Viagra doesn’t work for you, it’s worth giving Cialis or Levitra a try. Each person is different, and your body may respond better to Cialis and Levitra than Viagra.

It’s important to note that the maximum dose for Viagra is 100mg while the maximum dose of Levitra and Cialis is 20mg. (more…)
